Michelle Clark joined the TCU journalism faculty in fall 2003 as a lecturer in the law and ethics of mass communication. She serves as communications specialist for the Arlington Independent School District, where she coordinates media relations efforts, internal communications, and the execution of special events and promotions for the district. Her public relations background also includes a stint with Witherspoon Advertising and Public Relations, where she served as account executive. Before joining Witherspoon, Clark earned a master's degree in journalism/public relations from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and a bachelor's degree in English literature from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss.

In addition to her lecture duties at TCU, Clark serves as the liaison between the TCU chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America and the Greater Fort Worth chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
